Here’s what’s coming up in April…
THEME: “MEDIEVAL TIMES”
Things got a little messy during Medieval times and we aren’t just talking about dungeons and dragons!
Did you know people didn’t wash their hands before or after they ate and they only had knives and their fingers to eat with?! Yucky!
Next month we will be learning about and contrasting the differences between life during Medieval times and our lives today. We will also have a special event at EDP for all grades on Wednesday, April 27.
REGISTRATION: Make sure to register your children for next year! Classes are filling up fast and soon we will be preparing our staff offer letters based on our enrollment. Don’t miss out!!

SPRING VACATION WEEK PROGRAM: We offer a full day program 8:30am – 4:30pm Tuesday, 4/19 through Friday, 4/22. There are a ton of fun activities, field trips, and food planned! Sign up by tomorrow on the parent portal for ONE, TWO, THREE or FOUR days. Space is limited! The deadline to sign up is FRIDAY, APRIL 1st!

- 5th Grade Acknowledgements & Staff Longevity Celebration: Thursday, June 9 @ 5pm – Outside at Peirce (weather permitting)
- Annual PEDP Family Picnic: Thursday, June 16 @ 5:00-7:30 pm – Ware’s Cove in Auburndale (EDP will close early @ 5pm)
REQUESTS & REMINDERS FOR ALL PARENTS:
- Miss Kim is looking for the glass from old picture frames (no bigger than 8″x8″). Needed by 4/11.
- NO SCHOOL or PEDP
- Friday, April 15 (Good Friday)
- Monday, April 18 (Patriot’s Day)
- Lost & Found items will be displayed outside Door #3 each Wednesday 12n-6pm (weather permitting). Any remaining clothes after 4/14 will be donated.
- The next PEDP Board meeting will be held virtually on Monday, 4/11 @ 7:30am. Email Kathy for the link if you wish to attend.
