Early Birds Teacher

Ms. Rachel earned her B.A degree in Communications with a T.V/Film concentration from Pine Manor College.  She was also a 4-year member of the college’s soccer and softball program, serving as a captain during her senior year. In her free time, Ms. Rachel enjoys crafting with her grand-mere, watching movies (especially at the theater) and going to plays and musicals.  She is also a huge Boston sports fan!  One of Ms. Rachel’s favorite things to do at PEDP is co-directing the program’s annual musical where she loves helping the students bring out their creativity.


Laurie Docknevich

We are happy to welcome back Ms. Laurie D!  That’s right…we have three teachers named “Ms. Laurie” at PEDP!  As a second year PEDP teacher in our Sharks program, Ms. Laurie D. is a mom of two adult children that loves working and having fun with children of all ages.  She comes from Connecticut with roots now in Norfolk County, MA.

Early Minnows Teacher

Mr. Sean graduated from Eastern Connecticut State University.  He is both a PEDP Early Minnows teacher as well as a Sharks teacher.  He is devoted to his family as well as his favorite sports teams (“Go Sox!”).  This will be Mr. Sean’s fifth year at PEDP where he is always eager to share his love of sports through games and activities with all the students.  In his spare time, he coaches AAU baseball, enjoys working out at the gym and hanging with friends.
